Prepare before registering
Use the official Binance app, a secured email or phone, an authenticator and private cloud storage. Never create a wallet from a link in a direct message or ad; phishing copies can look convincing.
Check regional availability. Wallet, Prediction, Perpetuals, Alpha and tokenized assets can have different restrictions inside the same account.
- Update from the official app store.
- Enable 2FA and an anti-phishing code before funding.
- Prepare a unique recovery password.
- Know the network of the first asset and its native gas token.
Create the wallet in the app
Open Wallet and select Create Wallet. Import may also be available, but an imported seed phrase retains its prior exposure history; a new interface cannot make an already compromised phrase safe.

Open Wallet
Sign in through the official Binance app. Do not confuse the Web3 Wallet with Spot and Funding balance screens.

Choose Create Wallet
Confirm Keyless Wallet creation. MPC creates separate key shares so no single party can sign alone.

Complete the backup
Set a recovery password and save the cloud share in personal iCloud/Google Drive protected by its own 2FA.

Record the public address
An address may be shared to receive funds; recovery passwords, key shares and confirmation codes must remain private.
Fund Wallet without a network mistake
Funds can be moved from an eligible Binance balance or received from an external address. The sending and receiving networks must match. A USDT ticker does not identify a network: USDT on BSC, Ethereum and Arbitrum are separate on-chain assets.

Choose Receive or Transfer
Copy the address only after selecting the intended network. Recheck any address saved in history.

Send a test
A small amount validates the address and route. Wait for network confirmations and the balance update.

Check gas
BSC needs BNB, Ethereum needs ETH and Solana needs SOL. Prediction gas sponsorship is not a universal Wallet rule.

Then move the remainder
Compare the first and last address characters again; clipboard malware can replace an address.
Mobile Wallet and Wallet Web
Mobile is designed for creation, backup, transfers, dApps and confirmations. Web is better for charts, tables, trackers and active trading. They are not independent wallets: the web session is authorized through the existing account and Wallet.
Secure Auto Sign keeps signing material in an isolated Trusted Execution Environment for supported operations. Convenience does not make a session risk-free; verify the site, network and permissions before enabling it.
First-trade checklist
Describe the action in one sentence before confirming: “I spend X on network Y, receive at least Z of contract A through protocol B.” If any part is unknown, the transaction is not ready.
- Network and contract match an official source.
- Price impact, slippage, fee and minimum output are understood.
- Approval is limited where practical.
- There is a liquid route to sell back.
- A total loss would not affect essential spending.
